Although most people see noticeable changes from the very first session, to make lasting positive change in a relationship, requires more than just one session. The challenges you’re facing have taken time to get to where they are – it will take time to undo them too.
This is why I work with women and couples in programs. It’s important to me to work with people who are committed to making change and having the best relationship possible.
The shortest program is I offer is just 90 days and the longest is 12 months.
